I must say Dr. Huan Vu at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay doesn’t really care about patients. I came in through the ED yesterday and you were assigned to me as my doctor. You never once came to see me or talk to me but you made all the medical decisions on my behalf. I have a very complex medical history. I have had very serious recurrent gastrointestinal infections such as salmonella, e.coli and C.diff. I have complete heart block and a pacemaker. Dr. Vu is the worst provider I have ever known. He compared the pain I felt with a traumatic pneumothorax to his wife’s elective surgery of breast augmentation. He was cold, rude, uncaring and acted as if I interrupted his day by having an injury that warranted an ER visit. He treated me as if I wasn’t good enough to be In his presence. His bedside manner gets a zero. His thoroughness gets a zero.
