Such an unprofessional office place. Was forced to reschedule when i waited weeks for an appointment. Keep in mind i was on time. The doctor didn’t want to take me because he was going to begin tele-health appointments. So unorganized. If i could give 0 stars i would!
Dr. Shen is a great Doctor. On my appointment, he spent his time with me, making sure that I understood everything. He is very friendly and caring and doesn't just rush through the appointment, and that is greatly appreciated The office staff was great as well. Everybody made me feel very welcome!
