I found out about Hu Kitchen through Danielle Walker's (author of "Against All Grain,") blog. When I was planning a trip to NYC, I knew I would have to check it out! And wow - Primal heaven!!! SO glad I found my way over there. The food was amazing and it was such a comfort knowing I was staying Paleo without having to adjust my order at all. I was truly impressed with all of the options!
