It was decent and doctor was nice! Made my kids feel comfortable taking a shot! Easily a 4!!
In my opinion, this physician is not suitable for new mothers who are breastfeeding. He may be professional, but he's definitely not a good communicator or listener. He did not explain in detail the newborn's condition to the new parents, but instead pressured them to feed their infant formula in front of him without offering them an alternative.
