His office waited until the day before my surgery to call and demand payment (did not know this was a thing). I was in the middle of work and told Linda i couldn’t as she kept demanding it and she said she’d call back. I was at work and couldn’t answer my phone, Linda called 8 times in two hours from 3pm to 5pm. I called her back the next morning to make payment before my surgery as I took off work for it. I have a kidney stone that requires surgery due to its size. I was scheduled for surgery with Dr Dhir and became I’ll on the day of surgery so I had to cancel. I later called his office one night after hours due to extreme pain and concern over what I should do because I am on blood thinners. He was on call according to his answering service.
