As a customer or a business partner stay away from this company! As a moving business owner i wanted to help a so called friend out make some money but instead go ditch to the side. Did pack out and other business services for this business and it owes me $80,000 + dollars super bad business ethics from a so call friend. Hiding from my lawyers will not get him far!
Andrew and his team took very good care of us after a leak in our second story bathroom. He helped us navigate dealing with our insurance company and helped us get the best payout. His team always answered the phone and took all the time we needed to figure out what everything meant. I had a terrible experience with this company. They made a lot of promises in the beginning to gain my trust, but once they received the insurance payout, they disappeared and left the job unfinished. Worse, they left behind a complete mess and took no responsibility for fixing it. This caused me significant stress, financial loss, and wasted time trying to deal with the aftermath. I’m sharing this to warn others—please be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
stay away from this company as much as you can. Andrew, the person, is in charge of this company is not trust person. We have a flood problem with our house. He came over to read the insurance policy, he said a lot, he promised that he will take care our house. We do not need to do anything, we will have a chance rebuilt our house without payment. Stay away from this company. They specialize in scamming customers to pocket insurance payouts for themselves. Everyone, please avoid this company. Andrew made too many promises just to get me to sign documents allowing him to work with the insurance company. After that, he took the entire insurance payment for himself, and I ended up with nothing – not a cent from the insurance compensation – and was left with a mess that he created.
