I had a terrible experience with this company. They made a lot of promises in the beginning to gain my trust, but once they received the insurance payout, they disappeared and left the job unfinished. Worse, they left behind a complete mess and took no responsibility for fixing it. This caused me significant stress, financial loss, and wasted time trying to deal with the aftermath. I’m sharing this to warn others—please be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
stay away from this company as much as you can. Andrew, the person, is in charge of this company is not trust person. We have a flood problem with our house. He came over to read the insurance policy, he said a lot, he promised that he will take care our house. We do not need to do anything, we will have a chance rebuilt our house without payment. Stay away from this company. They specialize in scamming customers to pocket insurance payouts for themselves. Everyone, please avoid this company. Andrew made too many promises just to get me to sign documents allowing him to work with the insurance company. After that, he took the entire insurance payment for himself, and I ended up with nothing – not a cent from the insurance compensation – and was left with a mess that he created.
Amazing work as done on my best friends home in Spring. Works with your insurance and makes the process seamless from start to finish!! Highly recommend
