When I made the appointment, I was given a quote for the diagnosis. However, when I brought my car in, the price changed. I was told that the original quote was only for one side, which wasn't mentioned before. The person apologized and said that if I didn’t want to proceed, I could go elsewhere. I found this unprofessional and misleading.
