Top notch organization all around, got towed in and found I was dealing with multiple lingering issues, Jeff and his crew made sure I not only got back on the road but got it done right. Thank you HTI for your hospitality and service to the trucking community!
One of our trucks started leaking coolant while being loaded at the shipper, driver couldn't pinpoint it so naturally he called the nearest shop over. HTI was 5 miles away and decided to send a tech over and all he did was shut off the APU valve and added coolant back. HTI is really proud of everything they do, they charge dealership prices with a 2 hour minimum and if that wasn't good enough then they would hit you with a Regular Hours Call Out fee, Shop Supplies because the tech used 1 towel.
