One of our trucks started leaking coolant while being loaded at the shipper, driver couldn't pinpoint it so naturally he called the nearest shop over. HTI was 5 miles away and decided to send a tech over and all he did was shut off the APU valve and added coolant back. HTI is really proud of everything they do, they charge dealership prices with a 2 hour minimum and if that wasn't good enough then they would hit you with a Regular Hours Call Out fee, Shop Supplies because the tech used 1 towel. Called them out because a truck ran out of fuel. The mechanic poured red diesel into the truck and started it but the truck would just shut itself off. The mechanic claimed it was leaking diesel in the front and back of the engine but could not identify where it was leaking from. The mechanic also tried to upsell us on getting it towed to his shop.
