Made an order 30 mins ago, wasn’t ready. I was ok and patient, clearly they were busy on a Sunday. Understood. But one the snotty girl didn’t believe me I order the teas. After being patient when my order wasn’t ready for 30 mins. Been coming to this place for years. 1 negative star only because ALL the girls are not sweet there. Tea is wonderful, highly suggest the business.
I want to like this place, and I habe previously given them a 5 star review, but the drive thru experience is not great. The people taking your order wait 30-60 seconds after you finish talking to say anything. So you are just waiting, wondering if they heard you or not. I order the same drink every time and sometimes it is great and other times it is terrible. They are not consistently making them the same.
