I have a great experience with this HTeaO location every time!! Every staff person is helpful and they are always busy. Since this is the case, I consider the wait worth it! If I have any problems with a flavor mix-up or something about my app, they will help me to the best of their ability. I have never encountered anyone there that isn't full-on friendly and helpful. If I didn't have a job I love, I'd try to work there! Thanks, HTeaO!! You all are doing a great job!!
Excellent customer service, and the different teas are delicious + refreshing. You can even get refills on your 3 or 4 gallons of purified water for a great price; might be refills on 5 gallon of water. I usually refill on 4 gallon. Love this place.
Tonight was the worse service I’ve ever received at this store. I’ve had a problem with the tea that they have in the refrigerator up front. It goes sour after 2 days so I have been asking to purchase fresh made tea and up until today this store has done so. Tonight I ordered my usual two gallons and the guy that took my order refused to do so and called me a liar. He refused service to me and said that he was the GENERAL MANAGER. I’ll find somewhere else for my ice tea!!!!!!!
