If I could I would give more than that for stars they always treat me like family and love helping me out . I love how the act there amazing
This was the first location we ever tried and it’s one of our favorites! This location is always clean and the employees are so nice. Anytime I go in they make my Liquid Gold PERFECT! Definitely try this one when in Pecos.
I was charged for almost no ice. I politely asked if I could put some ice in my tumbler, and I was charged even though I only filled it with less than half of a small cup of ice. It’s disappointing to see such poor judgment and lack of customer service from this location in Pecos. The employee with glasses had a very bad attitude, and this experience left a terrible impression. I will continue being an HTeaO customer, but not at the Pecos location. I’ll buy my drinks at other stores where customers are treated better.
