Absolutely love this place! I can't get enough of it! Staff is super friendly. The place is super clean, even their tea and their ice tastes clean!
Hoping this reaches management and/or corporate as well as DoorDash Corporate. -- Apr. 30, 2026 this morning around 9:10 - HTeaO (Kyle) is discriminating against Doordash drivers. The staff refused to provide sturdy drink carriers with handles for an order containing two drinks. The staff mentioned that: " per management she was not allowed to provide DoorDash drivers with the sturdier drink carriers with handles." First time visiting store for Mango Tea I had been craving and appreciate that my craving was met. Plus I was especially pleased with the customer service such a rarity these days.
My favorite tea place in Kyle!
Leaving 3 stars because we do love this place but I would say more than half the time we come in, the garnishes are put away. I imagine it’s because they don’t want to refill or deal with the mess but it takes away from the experience to have to ask for garnishes at the counter. Just some food for thought for the team!
