Workers are very nice and patient with indecisive ones. Their teas are DELICIOUS. Definitely would recommend!
I visited the Texas HTeaO in Hutchinson, Kansas the day after my initial purchase, expecting to receive 50% off "ALL tea beverage items" as stated on my receipt. I was really embarrassed and felt awkward when they refused to honor the discount on gallons of tea. To make matters worse, they acknowledged the 50% off offer, but I still had to return the items after being charged full price. This was a very disappointing experience.
I love this place! Their teas are fresh, cold, and delicious. If you go into the store, you can try as many of the teas, or any combination of teas, as you want. They are extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The manager, Darren, has his phone number posted for any help with the app and he answers very quickly with the answers that you need. I look forward to my daily tea!!!
I was surprised or organized and how well it flowed on the inside. I had only went through the drive through before today. Watermelon mixed with Mint is my new fav!
