Great product just not service. 0724 in the morning product not ready, drive thru closed. Not like the other franchises. Not a smart way to run a business.
My husband and I love this location. The drinks are always fresh,the employees friendly & I appreciate all they do for the Fredericksburg community.
Seems like we always have to wait for someone to come to the counter. There's always like 3-4 people back there and a few walk by before one finally helps us. Maybe yall need a self check out?
A lot of great Tea’s at HTeaO!! Glad they came to Fredericksburg. I updated my app a couple of days ago and my points disappeared. I contacted HTeaO support and they had my points back in my app within 24 hours. That’s a great response time. Good job HTeaO!!
