Went through drive thru, never been before...Lady taking the order was very rude...because we didnt know exactly what to order ...Went to window and then she was worse...when i gave her my card she asked for a tip for the workers....i told her no tip, she got upset and abruptly gave us our drinks....called to complain and found out she is the MANAGER....The owners need to know she isnt conducting herself in a very good manner...we will not do business with this establishment again ....

I have recently been going to our local HTea-O, here in Fredericksburg, and I have to admit, their drinks are delicious! And, the employees are ALWAYS friendly and inviting! Please visit them🩷
Love HTea0. However this location could work on Customer Service Skills. Tell me why an employee would open a locked restroom door without knocking. Then when I discussed this with the manager I was told, “well we try not to use that one because that happens.” Actually, a minute before someone tried the handle I said “hold on.” The someone came back, the lock clicked then the door handle turned and the door opened.
