I've been a regular at this HTeaO location, but a recent visit left a bad taste (no pun intended). I ordered a gallon of tea, and the staff member (Wyatt) pulled one from the shelf that was expiring the next day. When I asked for a fresher one, he seemed put off by the request and made comments about me to other staff instead of just addressing it. I get that everyone has an off day, but asking for a product that isn't about to expire is a reasonable request, and it shouldn't be met with attitude. I'd still like to give this... read more
