Multiple issues.
Just had the most amazing experience with agent Angelina . With the new install coming down the pike, I was upset for the change and rumors of ,”no box, no clicker”……Angelina, explain every little detail, gave clear answers, that i could understand and NEVER chatted down at me. Thank you HTC, for easing my day!!!!
Excellent experience with a knowledgeable person...
Stay as far away from this company as possible! They are horrible to deal with and will only speak the ‘corporate’ line when there’s an outage I.e. “we have our best people working in it…”. No updated communication about outages and when you call they tell you to ‘look in the app’ which - duh - tells you the obvious. If you like your internet up, and running …find another provider.
