Stay as far away from this company as possible! They are horrible to deal with and will only speak the ‘corporate’ line when there’s an outage I.e. “we have our best people working in it…”. No updated communication about outages and when you call they tell you to ‘look in the app’ which - duh - tells you the obvious. If you like your internet up, and running …find another provider.

User be ware: HTCinc. - Horry Telephone Cooperative DO NOT USE THEM!!! there service is garbage. And when you call you cancel them they will charge you $100 and tell you they waved a install fee at the beginning of your service. Install fee. To what???? To plug in a puck... I don't think so... their service sucks. DO NOT USE THEM I would have given 0 stars but this won't let you
