My company used Anna s services for payroll for about 9 months in 2012. When we contacted her to get reports for the W-2 s of all employees we had during that time, we got the brush off. We called, emailed, no response. At one point I got her on the phone, she was very rude and said she would have this information to me by the end of the day.
