I only give a 1 star due to showing up this morning to have my nails done and the door was propped open, no lights on and the place was completely cleaned out. I was very shocked and disappointed. I have been coming to this nail salon for years when Michael and CeCe opened it.

the lashes were horribly set and irritating. they began to flake and my eye was getting irritated. my eye then began to swell and i can barely see out of my left eye. would not recommend for lashes there.

I went last week to get eyelash extensions for the first time with HT Nails and Lashes. The customer service was good. The only issues I have is with the lashes itself. I liked the way they look untill I got closer and saw that one of them was crooked and they both were clumped with glue. They made my eyes swollen and red and painful. I couldn’t even wipe my face/eyes with a rag after getting out of the shower because everyone I would hit my lashes it would cause pain. Terrible experience this morning the 2 nail techs were arguing. My mom waited in the pedicure chair for over 20 minutes her water was cold . They never asked if we wanted regular polish or gel on our toes they just put regular polish . The lady didn't ask what shape on my nails until she was almost done . They didn't interact with us at all . We were hoping for a relaxing mothers day experience but it was far from that . Do not waste your money !

When I tell you, they will go out their way to please you. Soft spoken but true professionals. I've been a client for 6 months and any request I've had they were honest and let me know the price and if they can accommodate. They don't even know me well and treat me as though I'm part of the family.
