When my PCP didn’t have any appointments available for a month, I decided to see this doctor for my worsening nausea. When describing my situation and symptoms he kept interrupting me and said “calm down!” About 20 times in our few minutes together despite me speaking in a very normal manner. He never asked me if I was experiencing any other symptoms and dismissed everything when I did. Dr Wu is impatient and unprofessional. He didn't want to answer my questions, he just wanted to get it over quick. The reason I'm asking more questions is because last time he wanted to give me the wrong dose of meds which would make my thyroid hormones worse. I tried to tell him and we ended up arguing for 5 minutes. In the end, he finally found out that he was wrong. He was so impatient and unprofessional throughout the entire process. This doctor is very caring and nice. Easy to talk to, great listener and great bedside manners. Would recommend him to any patient. Kaiser needs more doctors like him.
