Dr Wu is impatient and unprofessional. He didn't want to answer my questions, he just wanted to get it over quick. The reason I'm asking more questions is because last time he wanted to give me the wrong dose of meds which would make my thyroid hormones worse. I tried to tell him and we ended up arguing for 5 minutes. In the end, he finally found out that he was wrong. He was so impatient and unprofessional throughout the entire process. This doctor is very caring and nice. Easy to talk to, great listener and great bedside manners. Would recommend him to any patient. Kaiser needs more doctors like him.

I want to thank Dr. Wu for the wonderful care and professional expertise he provided to both my parents for over 25 years at the Whittier, Kaiser Permanente Office. He was very kind, very thorough and we felt confident in his medical knowledge as he guided us through our mother's health crises and our dad's subsequent issues.
