The staff literally argued with each other in front of customers while I was there. I wasn’t seen by Dr. Hsu and have never met the woman. The prescription I was given was from her prescription pad, but it was clearly pre-signed and filled out by the doctor who saw me. That doctor’s name isn’t on any documentation I saw or was given.
