Dr. Hsu took the time to really get to know what I wanted to achieve through his care. Once we had the pain under control with the right medications, we started working towards my goals one issue at a time. I like that he wants to use the least potent therapy to control each particular problem. This was a very novel approach unlike my previous pain management professional who just kept increasing the narcotics to the point where I couldn't function anymore.
Went to Dr. Hsu for pain management after having major surgery. He very energetically came in to the exam room. I found him very unprofessional and judgmental. I would never recommend him
After having Dr Hsu for a main provider for 15 years, the office manager stated I had missed a telehealth appointment during the pandemic even though I had routinely had difficulty with the telehealth app/login & had called the office the day of the appointment. He demanded I come into the office while I was on vacation and when I was unable to, wrote a letter ending my care in 30 days.
