Had the displeasure of closing using HSTX. They conveyed part of the land I bought to the old owner instead of me. When I called to speak to them I couldn’t speak or get a call back from their manager Winn. Then they told my agent that I had to contact the county and fix it myself. Seriously run from this place. I now have to spend the $$ on a lawyer to fix this mess and hold them accountable

Moving through the escrow process on our recently purchased townhome was sometimes challenging, but an absolute bright spot along the way was working with Chris Spearman of HSTX title. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, always responsive and immensely helpful. I reached out to him multiple times with random questions and he always responded quickly and thoroughly, not to mention cheerfully! In short, Chris helped us to keep our sanity during a critical process and we are deeply grateful. Highly recommend.
