Bottom line: Poor communication, questionable billing practices, and zero accountability. I would not recommend HSS Sports Rehab in Westport. I went to HSS Sports Rehab in Westport, CT for what I was told would be a Physical Therapy evaluation. The appointment lasted about 50 minutes, during which the therapist asked questions, assessed my range of motion, and had me describe my physical abilities.
