I saw a doctor at HSS Queens. I did not receive a bill. I received a letter from Professional Claims Bureau, a collection agency, demanding $21.29. The letter did not give specifics about the bill, only the amount. I was subjected to stress and humiliation for $21.29, which I would have paid if I had received a bill from HSS.
