Got appointment quickly, office is quiet and clean. They take an x-ray first. Then I saw an excellent PA, Alison Rameaker, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Very good experience from start to finish.
Alison Raemaker was the PA on duty the day I brought my son in due to a sports injury. She was thorough, kind and efficient during the exam and with all required follow up, i.e. MRI results, finding a physician for continued care. I am so grateful to have gotten this appointment within 24 hours of his injury and for Alison being so wonderful!
I had pulled a few muscles in my back or injured a rib. thankfully a friend had told me about HSS Now. The X-ray service is right there, the reception was sensitive to serving people with mobility and pain problems at intake and the physician I saw was super smart and engaging in figuring out what had happened. Also they referred me to one of their doctors for follow-up. Seamless.
Don’t recommend this place with all of their team. very rude they keep you on the phone for minutes they act professional when they’re not.
They are knowledgeable and professional, they do know their stuff, but they need to be more transparent and reasonable with their billing. They did come back and try to address my concerns but the billing remains egregious
