Don’t recommend this place with all of their team. very rude they keep you on the phone for minutes they act professional when they’re not.
They are knowledgeable and professional, they do know their stuff, but they need to be more transparent and reasonable with their billing. They did come back and try to address my concerns but the billing remains egregious
I have taken two of my sons who are athletes to HSS Ortho Injury Care multiple times each. They got x-rays and saw the doc within a couple of days of their injuries. There's nowhere else in the city I know of where you can get an appointment with an ortho that quickly. It's been fantastic.
