The receptionist at 770 Lexington avenue 3rd floor. She is very rude and has an attitude. Management should speak to her.
I have received excellent professional, efficient and courteous services from Mariana since last fall for various injuries and Angela is the most efficient and courteous receptionist on the 3rd floor. I do agree with other reviews that some of the receptionists are not as well-trained as most other HSS staff are.
We had such a pleasant experience here, from checking in with the receptionist to meeting with PA Amy. Their entire process was seamless, efficient, and informative. Amy was incredibly skilled at her assessment and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided clear instructions. She was very pleasant. I’m so glad we came to this clinic.
I injured one finger, requiring only one splint. However, I was billed for two splints without being informed that each additional splint would incur extra charges. To make matters worse, I'm only using one splint because the second one doesn't fit properly. As a result, I was unnecessarily billed double, which is extremely disappointing.
