From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed. Not robotically, but with an actual smile and eye contact. The front desk is friendly and very efficient. I personally see Dr Matt and he’s outstanding. Dominic is so nice and caring. Katheryn in X-ray Is wonderful. Having NCH orthopedic walk-in clinic is the best thing that I believe Naples has had in a very long time. Extremely disappointing experience. I called before leaving to ask if my husband could be seen for an elbow injection. I was clearly told yes, that they were taking patients on a walk-in basis and were open until 5 PM. Based on that information, I drove 49 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I was told they could not see us because they were already full. So what’s the point of answering the phone and telling patients to come in if that information is not accurate? i’m the kinda person who goes to the doctor / seek medical help as a last resort… but coming here makes me wish i would’ve came a lot sooner! matthew meagher pa-c and his whole team offer 5 star customer service. i had a knee injury from pilates, and we had x rays, drained fluid from my knee that was building pressure/swelling all under an hour from the time i walked through the doors. great all around. THANK YOU.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ryan A. Nelson, PA-C, and his entire team. I found this office online and from the very first phone call, I was blown away—the phone staff were so kind and helpful, and the office staff made me feel completely at ease the moment I arrived.
