I know this clinic take walk-ins but I made an appointment to minimize wait time. I arrived at 10.40am well ahead of my 11am slot. Checked in and waited unseen for an hour and a half. No information, no updates, just sat in a crazy waiting room. I handed my check in board back to the receptionist and left at 12.15pm. It’s hard for me to comprehend how they can be well over an hour behind at 11am when you don’t open until 9am. Amazing Staff! I was in a motor vehicle accident and really struggling to get an appointment anywhere. They took me in right away, reviewed my radiographs and set me up with all the next steps. Phenomenal Service! Thank you!
Went in for a back injection after dealing with pain for weeks. Ryan the PA was great, got me in and out with little discomfort during the procedure. The front desk people on the other hand should be ashamed with themselves and their patient care. I had spoken with one on the phone earlier in the day, when asking a simple question and the attitude I got back in return was nasty. From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed. Not robotically, but with an actual smile and eye contact. The front desk is friendly and very efficient. I personally see Dr Matt and he’s outstanding. Dominic is so nice and caring. Katheryn in X-ray Is wonderful. Having NCH orthopedic walk-in clinic is the best thing that I believe Naples has had in a very long time.
