If you want a place to be treated fairly this is not the place to come. I lived here over twenty years and my lease renewal is for $50 more than the guy coming off the street. Not only that the complex has not upkept my unit in years. The guy off the street is getting new carpet and paint so that is an even bigger slap in the face to the long term residents.
