Very disrespectful and refuses to listen to the patient. She has no tact and very unprofessional. Horrible bed said manners.
Dr Chen is very kind and puts you at ease. She is knowledgeable a d professional…we are new to the are and have found UNC to be a great place find the specialist you may need.
I was very pleased with the care and kindness shown by Dr. Chen and, in fact, all the staff I encountered on my visits. It was wonderful to hear there may be a procedure to help my lower back chronic arthritis and I look forward to learning more at my next visit this week.
