Dr. Hsieh has been a professional practioner for me and my family for decades. When the medical facility first opened my late father worked as a physiotherapist on a different floor. To our family Dr. Hsieh is an amazing, warm and familiar face who we trust with our lives.
Dr. Hsieh was my Dr for years! I really liked him and respected him until today. I drove an hour to see him, paid for parking and waited to see him. He informed me I was no longer a patient of his. What??? He said I must have signed something forfeiting him as my dr. R u kidding me??? NEVER would I do that! I know Dr's are hard to come by. I left there VERY upset and confused. Excellent doctor who advocates and is committed to his patients and returns calls when needed. Sandra is excellent as well extremely caring, helpful and personable!

i will never forget how Dr Hsieh let me and my family down after decades of being his patients. he believes that any mental health is not his business or his problem. no referral, can’t even sign a paper.
