Extremely unpleasant to encounter. Got a sickening feeling dealing with this company. Very callus, very short, very fast talking, exudes lack of empathy. It's like once you've been sent to collections they feel the need to treat you like you're beneath them at least the person I spoke with did. Life happens! This company is trash. Really wish I would have read the reviews first.

i agreed to pay monthly. i got charged once which i agreed with, but then a week later i got charged a 2nd time without my consent. this led to my bank account being -$169. thank you so much HSI. the worst company had a personal experience with. now i'm personally going through a nightmare.
