The staff was pleasant. They did not attend to my needs and wanted to transfer me which is fine if they were not equipped. I'm giving a 1 star because the nurse came in to start an IV and forgot certain medical equipment. As my IV line was bleeding me all over the floor she had no immediate response and laughed as she asked for assistance.
All of my experiences with Prevea and now St Vincent hospital have been nothing short of exceptional at every turn, and there have been a lot of turns over the past year and a half. From the people who greet you as you walk in to the nurses and nurse practitioners to the several doctors I have seen there for one reason or another. I'd give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could and I truly mean that.

Don’t go here if you have kids they wouldn’t let my kids and I in the room with my husband even though we just spent all this money
