First of all, I always receive fantastic care from St. Mary’s Hospital medical and reception staff. It’s their financial operations that seem to not have the same philosophy as those providing care. I have been seen at the hospital on numerous occasions the past year. I am dual insured. One is always listed as primary, the other is always secondary. Sitting with a waiting room full of people and I know if it's busy they can't get you in fast but they should really take the people that are throwing up and in so much pain before someone that isn't so urgent. We have been here almost 3 hrs as I brought my mom here and it's ridiculous that the lady throwing up and crying has been here even longer. Should have taken her before others for sure.
It’s a hospital.
This is the absolute worst hospital! When clients ask for a nurse they get told they will be in when the nurses are ready? Like what kind of bs is that!!!! The way you treat your patients here is absurd!!! If I ever need to go to the hospital I will walk across town if I have too. If you love your family don’t send them here.
