First of all very dirty Facility, Trash bins full all over, rest rooms were nasty sticky floors and un clean stools and not just one ,I had visited multiple throughout a very long day. then there was barley any communication between surgical staff and family during a 4.5 hour surgery, surgeon seems to of been good but this facility and communication is terrible, would not recommend.
Filled out a form asking for information three (3) times, plus letters and no one ever responds. They should take this form off the website.
