I want to give a huge shout out to the ER doctor's, nurses, plastic surgeon (Dr Sommer) and staff that assisted me with my grand daughter on 12/26/25. We were transferred there from DMH. When we arrived staff appeared to know who we were and everyone was so loving and caring to me and most importantly the care of my grand daughter. We arrived during 2nd shift and were there during 3rd shift. I want to thank all staff that helped, you all were truly a blessing and took care of us wholeheartedly! This is a okay place but will not like going to hospitals still these places :)
This rating is purely for the cafeteria because I think it’s so awful that they don’t serve fathers with parent trays here. I’ve been at this hospital for 3 weeks with my wife and kids for our nicu baby girl. The fact they don’t offer trays for dads is corrupt, I live 2 hours away and have no income right now while living here until my baby girl gets out. Always takes good care of granddaughter in Pediatrics
My daughter was admitted here due to issues for feeding the pediatric Unit is amazing. The staff are Amazing the only issue I had was with the inpatient social worker Attempting to confrontme about my kid being in the hospital and trying to tell me that She’s been in the hospital too much In questioning as to why she’s been to the hospitals that she has.
