The doctor didn’t even touch me. I went there for a sinus/ ear infection and a UTI. She didn’t bother to look in my ear. I informed her that I have frequent ear infections and she then rolls her eyes and says a week of pain is not long enough and and she’s not even going to address the sinus issue. She didn’t even bother to look in my ear and nose. For me this is the best quick care in the st. louis metro area. Their staff is kind their professional and they make sure you understand and feel good about your care. I live closer to other quick care facilities but if I can Ill always choose to go to this location .
Colleen treated me like I was a drug addict. Kept asking me if I took something or if I was tired. I splia ed I was up every two hour and never came back to check on me .the facility was empty it took 30 mins befror someone came back in to help me. I told her I didn't want any help and walked out ..well I'll never go back.
They said they could help me at the front desk. They charged me 250 dollars (and charge me 70 more after i left) then when i get back to the room with the nurse she said she cant do anything to help me. We asked about a refund since they could not do anything. The nurse then left and sent in another nurse to tell us to leave and they dont do refunds even if they dont do anything.
