I have used this facility and each time have received excellent care and a very understanding provider. I would definitely recommend them
Staff were quick, patient and understanding. They listened and showed they heard not only what I was saying, but also what I could not say. They got me x-rays, and then the results, in the smallest times I've seen. I highly recommend this place.
Sent the Rx to a CVS that was 10 min away instead of the one right next door like I asked.
My son’s pediatrician was closed and recommended we go to an Urgent Care to be seen due to wheezing and his oxygen dropping some over night the night before and that if it ever drops that low again during sleep in the future that we go to the ER right away. First time mom, also not one in the medical field, I didn’t know this, so I was thankful for the information. Nice place. No area for sick people. I recommend YOU need to check IN with MyChart at HSHS and have all information updated for quick and easy service. They got me in within 1 hour and gave me medication for an ear infection. They take UnitedHealthCare Choice.
