They said they could help me at the front desk. They charged me 250 dollars (and charge me 70 more after i left) then when i get back to the room with the nurse she said she cant do anything to help me. We asked about a refund since they could not do anything. The nurse then left and sent in another nurse to tell us to leave and they dont do refunds even if they dont do anything. I would give zero stars if i could. Charged me $250 to tell me they couldnt do anything. I asked for a refund and they told me no and were horrible to me. They did nothing, told me to go somewhere else. $250 for that is insane. Now im broke with no answers.
My son dislocated his shoulder and the urgent care was closing in 45 minutes so I called to see if they could treat it or if I should go directly to the ER. They said they would check with the doctor and then stated yes. 30 minutes of processing just to have the doctor tell us he couldn’t fix it and to go to the ER. When we got to the ER I noticed two other patients that had just left the same urgent care. When the ER doctor saw my son I heard him tell a nurse he wished the urgent care had taken care of this. I have used this facility and each time have received excellent care and a very understanding provider. I would definitely recommend them
