My father was transferred to St E and his NP and main Nurse were outstanding. If I was rating only them it would be five stars. Now for the Physical Therapist that visits the rooms to get the elder up and around … I have a few choice words for you. Know your audience! My father took a turn for the worse and even when I and the nurse assistant informed you that he could barely keep his eyes open you insisted on getting him up out of bed by yourself. What happened? Be very careful if you need to go here! They charged/ billed over $600 for a visit to test for strep throat.
Went to the ER and the staff was great all around. My nurse Rory was super sweet and personable. I was extremely anxious and she took her time making me comfortable and ultimately i was able to calm down. I was seen immediately, and was only in there for about 2-3 hours with multiple tests being ran, which is the quickest ive ever been seen at any ER. Brought my mother to St.Elizabeth’s Hospital this evening anticipating long wait times and stressed out staff. We did not have any of that. My mother was seen in 15 minutes, the staff were friendly and professional and kept us informed what was happening at all times. Our Experience was beyond expectations!! Thank You Dr Auner and staff!!
This hospital is usually good but Today in the ER. A nurse "Roman" was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It is sad one person can cause this much grief that I will send others to other hospitals. Very dissatisfied with this nurse and the NP Linda today.
