I don't normally post reviews but this is a hopeful attempt to get my issue resolved. First off my experience with St Elizabeth's was wonderful during my surgery and overnight stay. My experience with Customer Service, on the other hand, was the worst experience I've ever had. I requested a form for my insurance with customer service 2 months ago. This was the worst hospital experience I have ever had!! The respiratory staff acted as if they were my pulmonologist and took my duo neb away. I wasn't in there for my COPD. Since I'm on Breztri inhaler which I had brought from home, the nurses were to administer it to me. On the third evening when it was time for it, a different nurse insisted that that was respiratories job, she didn't have it and she was not going to argue with me. I take a loved one in to the ER via ambulance because she couldn't breathe. So instead of putting her in a room they stick around the hallway and she ends up not only having pneumonia from coming in but then getting a rhinovirus while she was in the waiting room. And the kicker is his physician's assistant Kaitlyn E Strzelecki, PA barely touches her back with a stethoscope and says oh her lungs are clear. But yet when the doctor checks her out immediately says get respiratory get a BiPAP machine and get her a room now. So ma... read more
Terrible hospital. Helping them get to the 2 star rating they deserve.
Dont care about waiting patients and are extremely unprofessional. Definitely not worth the trip if you are in immediate pain or need serious medical attention. Waited 4 hours for an iv, a trip elsewhere wouldve been more worth the time.
