I came to st.elizabeth for depression. One of the nurses kept threatening to send me to a psych ward. I told her no thank you I'll just go home, she got mad and said "Honey you don't have a choice! I sent my own family members there and I'll send you there TOO!" I told her I didn't wish to speak with her anymore, so she continued to harassed me even though I stay silent and tried ignoring her. I had a horrible experience here I had a very personal and serious thing going on, it took 4 hours just to get a room and it was only because I started complaining it took an hour and a half to get seen by a doctor and another 2 hours to get out I arrived at 2 or so and didn’t leave till 8 or so it was just all together ridiculous not to mention an older lady was so uncomfortable in her chair in the waiting room me and my husband moved her to a comfy chair because when she asked the front desk worker to help she completely i... read more
Raeleigh was the best nurse that has taken care of me the other staff also of course but Raeleigh was amazing! I never experienced so much effort, commitment, compassion, kindness, thoughtful, genuine care and love ever from a nurse! I went to the Emergency room for a bad painful experience and Raeleigh took her time, effort and her everything and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome during my traumatic time. Kelly and nurse practitioner Phil condone sexual harassment of their patients. They told me I could call then threatened me not to call anymore because they want to consider it case closed. Do not go there! The nurses violated me and one of them rubbed and pat me on the butt while doing a slight giggle after sedating me against my will all because I needed to throw away tissue TISSUE because I had a really bad headache and was crying.
