They knew I was pre-medicated and needed both my test at the same time yet they chose not to tell me that they lied and overbooked, and I had an hour in between my test. This unfortunately sent me spiraling and ended PTSD and their way of fixing my PTSD was to throw Security at me. These are all things in my Medical chart they seriously mistreated me and I am bringing all the Nurses that did not know how to treat a spiraling. Patient licenses interview review with the state review board.. I will never go here again!!!!!
Giving 5 stars to staff but only 1 star to promptness. I have had multiple MRI's and CT's taken over the years and the results return within hours... It's now going on 36hrs with no results and that is uncalled for.... Are the people in the ER waiting this long too? Just makes me wonder...

I came to st.elizabeth for depression. One of the nurses kept threatening to send me to a psych ward. I told her no thank you I'll just go home, she got mad and said "Honey you don't have a choice! I sent my own family members there and I'll send you there TOO!" I told her I didn't wish to speak with her anymore, so she continued to harassed me even though I stay silent and tried ignoring her. I had a horrible experience here I had a very personal and serious thing going on, it took 4 hours just to get a room and it was only because I started complaining it took an hour and a half to get seen by a doctor and another 2 hours to get out I arrived at 2 or so and didn’t leave till 8 or so it was just all together ridiculous not to mention an older lady was so uncomfortable in her chair in the waiting room me and my husband moved her to a comfy chair because when she asked the front desk worker to help she completely i... read more
