Was there last night with my grandparents who are in their 90's. Staff was patient and explained everything. We were in and out in the ER in no time. We had Dr. Nate and an RN Frank and a couple other people in and out who I wish I could remember the names of. Everyone was very pleasant. Thanks for all the help!

Is it possible for me to give the Urgent Care a -5 star review? I called asking about the hours and how long they would be open, they told me 8:00 p.m., I said "great, I'm on my way". I had to finish up at work and I left, it's about an hour drive there. I walked in, went past the lady at the front desk and said "I'll be right back, I gotta use the rest room", and I used the rest room, which was right around the corner.
