U suck!! I called to see if u took my insurance before I went since I was in that town, u said u would call me in a few and never did. Unprofessional and don't care!! I would put no stars but it wouldn't let .me.

Fantastic place. Well organized, clean and short wait time.
First. I called to make an appointment and the woman was snotty with me saying they don't do that for Quest. Informed me M-F 8-5 only and I had to print my own orders because they can't access their Quest portal. Didn't bother to tell me that despite being open and working on 12/31(Wednesday) they would refuse to do Quest draws. Then I call Quest from their lobby and Quest says they have to call to verify pickup as they are running today. But they refuse. Bed side manner is terrible. Provider doesn’t even listen to your complaints before they tell you “it’s viral”. She didn’t look at affected area. Would recommend Sarah Busch instead.
