This place deserve 0 stars!! I have been seeing Dr Naate for a year and have had the same insurance and continued to pay my co pays. I drive 40 minutes just to see her. Now all of the sudden they’re telling me that they have been seeing me in “error” and should have not been seeing me because my insurance is all of a sudden “out of network” So they have just been taking my money from me when they’re not suppose to & basically y’all been taking money out of my pocket when youre not suppose to so prepare for a lawsuit your way... read more
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The office staff DO NOT ANSWER CALLS- normal wait time is 35 minutes. Once the calls are answered the office staff do not log the calls and do not send messages to the doctor. There is NO communication, no calls are returned and the staff just keep saying we will call you back. And they don’t. They have no idea what is going on - it is beyond frustrating.
