Please explain to me how you have an 11 minute late policy, but you have patients waiting in the waiting room for 40+ minutes to get seen. My time is also valuable. This is not the first time this has happened either. The care you receive when you get it is good but expect the respect of the patients time to not be taken into consideration.
Office called to cancel my appointment 20 minutes before it was scheduled.
My wife and I have gone here for years. Appointments are on time, routine blood work is done in house, as well as X-rays. Staff is fantastic, we have never had a bad experience.
The wait time is terrible. The receptionists are rude and uncaring. There was one person ahead of me when I arrived at 9am and it is now 10:56 and I am still in the lobby waiting.
