Love this place had my first baby two months ago and was treated very nicely everytime I was there dr combs takes you very seriously and will squeeze you in if he can even on his busiest days and if he leaves to deliver a baby they give you the option to see him another day or see a midwife which I love…. He look everything about my pregnancy seriously from gestational diabetes and preeclampsia even tho I didn’t have either just signs of them …. Overall have had great experiences with the doctors while accompanying my fiancé for our pre and postpartum appointments. But if you come to check in avoid Karen at all cost. Always condescending and rude. Literally the only person blocking this from being a 5 star review. Management needs to reevaluate the importance of front desk staffing. Doesn’t look great when you’re greeted by someone who’d probably rather you go somewhere else.
Office staff is rude and unprofessional, Dr. Winters performed my wife's operation and didn't even have the courtesy to see us in the pre-op area and didn't see us post-op either. I've had surgeries myself and have never had a surgeon who didn't see their patient before and after the operation. To top that off my wife went to her follow up appointment a week after surgery and was concerned about how she felt, Dr. Winters was dismissive of my wife's concerns and the same day we had to go to the ER where it was found that she ... read more
