Excellent staff and very competent physicians. DR. BITAR was very lovely and quickly addressed all issues. Listened with care and appropriate meds ordered. Very good experience 2x I've been there. Thanks, much appreciated!! Also very clean atmosphere.

I have carefully considered the writing of this review and have decided to proceed. I needed labs drawn for an upcoming Dr. Appointment. I have always gone to this facility for labs. I arrived a few days before my scheduled appointment (as I have always done) and was told I could not get my labs until the date specified on the lab orders. Which would be 2 days from the day I was there for one test and then 4 days after the scheduled appointment. I was greeted by a 5' 9" Woman 350lb+. Who burps at me. Then burps three more times. I tell her my problem and then she gaslights me and tells me i'm wrong. I tell her what I need and she refuses. She continues to write a prescription for antibiotic. I asked her, did I just pay $200 for you to just to write me a prescription for antibiotics. She says "Yep". The worst experience I have ever had. Highway robbery. None of my problems We're solved.
Received excellent and professional care from Deborah the receptionist at front, Eric the nurse and Paula the np. Thank you! Came in for pink eye and a stye got a prescription for abt eye drops.had to come in for second visit for something else 4/2025 . Always receive excellent ,thorough ,professional care from all staff!
