Worst apartment out of the 6 I've rented in my life. It's cheap and close if you study at HSC. That's the only positive, and you get what you pay for. Cons: -No AC and the building is very hot, it will be uncomfortably warm once the temperature outside gets above 10 Celsius -Ants, ants, ants are everywhere, buying traps will not mitigate this -Building is dated in nuanced ways including no electrical plug in the bathroom, pipes are installed on the walls for wires for fire alarms, the lighting fixtures are not from the mille... read more
