Worst apartment out of the 6 I've rented in my life. It's cheap and close if you study at HSC. That's the only positive, and you get what you pay for. Cons: -No AC and the building is very hot, it will be uncomfortably warm once the temperature outside gets above 10 Celsius -Ants, ants, ants are everywhere, buying traps will not mitigate this -Building is dated in nuanced ways including no electrical plug in the bathroom, pipes are installed on the walls for wires for fire alarms, the lighting fixtures are not from the mille... read more
Not worth the money. The building is old, has a coin laundry and no dishwasher. The bachelor apartments are SUPER noisy. Parking is expensive. Word of warning: They're gonna find something to charge you for the cleaning fee when you want to leave the building, so don't bother.
