Extremely friendly staff, they will go to any length to help you out , well situated within the city.
Tried to open a checking account here with a European passport. The HSBC employee claimed that it was not possible. Went to a Wells Fargo branch and opened an account without any question. Avoid if you are not a US citizen.
They would not break a $1 bill for quarters for the parking meter nearby. "You must have an account here."
