The worst financial institution experience to date. Do not engage in business with this organization. You cannot get a direct answer or any assistance with an issue and their online banking experience is riddled with issues. Run from this bank
This company debited my checking account for my credit card payment but refuses to post it to my account for 10 days. This caused auto pays to get kicked out and my phone shut off before I found out what was going on. I always pay my bill in full and there is no resason for this. Im filing a suit against them.
