This might be the absolute worst branch of RBC I ve ever set my foot in! The level of incomenence and the level of arrogance here are surreal. No wonder the raiting matches it. I am not sure how their current manager still hold his position, but I am very sure I ll make an official complaint about this branch and their manager. Avoid them at any cost !
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If I had the option to switch my mortgage to another bank or pay it off completely, I would do it without hesitation. It seems like the staff have no real expertise, I have absolutely no interest in visiting this bank in person or getting another mortgage through them.
Bankteller was super unhelpful and slow. I’ve been to multiple different branches and have had no problem/ had an experience as bad as this one. Lacked any and all urgency for clients in the store. Very simple and easy ask and took 30 minutes to transfer money for me.
Worst banking experience ever, took 20 minutes to change my pin at the counter
