I have to give this branch 1 star. The staff are very nice but there are 3 being trained all at once. Therefore, always slow. When we went to an appointment the woman knew less than I did about change protocols and despite ME guiding her on how to do the simple address task properly, errors were still generated and the card was sent to the wrong branch, 150 kms away! I had to call and redo the whole thing over the phone, which was plugged full of AI slop that you couldn't get through to a human being. Worst bank ever.
