I have had nothing but positive experiences and great service so far.
I'm not surprised to see both this bank, and in particular this branch, have such low and terrible ratings. The communication from this team are absurd, so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hope management sees this review and takes serious action, starting by reviewing all comms from their team to clients! This is the last straw, it's enough to withdraw all funds and move to a more respectful bank.
Average banking experience, nothing bad but not spectacular either.
Seems like a branch that’s inevitably collapsing? They have 2 possible tellers and 9/10 times there’s only 1 working. They have absolutely zero clue on how to do anything without asking their supervisors or that. I’m talking a simple cheque deposit. A bill payment. Do yourself a favour and head upstairs to the branch up there.
This might be the absolute worst branch of RBC I ve ever set my foot in! The level of incomenence and the level of arrogance here are surreal. No wonder the raiting matches it. I am not sure how their current manager still hold his position, but I am very sure I ll make an official complaint about this branch and their manager. Avoid them at any cost !
