Bad service
I have had nothing but positive experiences and great service so far.
I'm not surprised to see both this bank, and in particular this branch, have such low and terrible ratings. The communication from this team are absurd, so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hope management sees this review and takes serious action, starting by reviewing all comms from their team to clients! This is the last straw, it's enough to withdraw all funds and move to a more respectful bank.
