Martin was helpful and able to patiently explain things to me about the banking process and other stuffs. Really appreciate his help and effort.
Beware of the pale Indian lady in the back. Deliberately provides service that doesn't follow the bank's service rules. Very limited and false knowledge in handling clients despite claiming that she's worked there for 10+ years, thinking she's immune to be punished within hierarchy. Terrible attitude towards customers and has the ATM gate to the lobby locked within operating hours.
Accused me of trying to defraud them of my deceased fathers bank while trying to close out his account. Have settled 2 pensions and a life insurance policy in the last month, still trying to sort out this account with them, and its just a simple closure.
