First Impression is the Last Impression I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 PM today to open an account with Mr. Nathan. I arrived on time, taking time off work to be there. To my surprise, Mr. Nathan was on lunch when I arrived. After waiting for 7 minutes with no show, I left. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If this is how new clients are treated, it certainly doesn’t inspire confidence. Very disappointing.
Came this morning and a gentleman names Amir helped me. He was very professional!
