The worst bank ever Their treatment with the client is very political How ever they have weird question
Their customer service makes Comcast and the DMV look great. No matter when you call, it takes 15+ minutes to speak with a rep ("currently experiencing higher than normal volume"). Then, nobody you speak with knows anything. They submit a review to someone else that is to be investigated and answered in 3-5 business days. No response for 2 weeks, called - same story. Moved my money and closed the account. What a joke.
Friendly staff and their rates on their online savings accounts are great.
